First Ipoh solar panel income come today after 3months.
The total bill is Rm4995 for 3 months.

太阳怒吼！

安装了太阳能犮电己经六个月了。现在是在大旱季里。今天的犮电率创新高！有62.57kW。

12月4号，老家的太阳能发电了。

老家的太阳能昨天开始发电了。12月4号。现在两座12kw，一共24Kw太阳能每天都给入息我！在此做个记录。

太阳能卖电补贴

太阳能因为有卖电补贴(Fit in Traffic)。太阳能卖电每年回报率有15到20巴仙。長逹二十—年。又环保。绿色能源。如你种了五十棵树在地球上。如果你家屋顶是空着的。不应该浪费你家旳屋顶。两全其美。和乐不为。值得投资。

如果以每年回报15%來算，7年之后就回本了。

终于收到我第一次的太阳能入息。真的好高兴。

第二个太阳能。

这星期要安装第二套12KW太阳能了。
这太阳能会安装在我怡保的老家。
但是这太阳能要先解决两个大问题。 
一是家里要换三廂电表。
二是屋顶太旧了，要换屋顶。

Total electricity generated by my house solar panel at September 2013 is 1267kw.

Total income by this month is Rm 1700.

开始安装太阳能板了。

经过几个月的申请与等待，明天开始安装太阳能板了。

这是我付给予环保的一份力量。希望明天会更好。

父母太阳能基金。

我们几兄弟合资成立一个父母太阳能基金。这基金主要是给父母的生活费,医疗费与安葬费等等的支出。我们会投资太阳能计划,21年把电卖出给TNB。再把收入支付父母的生活费与其他费用。我们会投资一百千安装12Kw太阳能板在父的店铺屋顶上。每月会收到1500元。这千五元是放在这基金上以支付父母的以上费用。

申请太阳能Fit

我终于走出第一了。申请了太阳能FIT IN TRAFFlC。现在是等择照批准。
我拿Panasonic HIT PaneI与SMA Inverter。

投资太阳能回收计划。

我打算投资太阳能回收计划。这是一个21年投资计划。把太阳能板所发出的电能买给TNB。这计划有每年15%到20%的回报率。这回报率不是很高,但是他的现金流可以用来投资其他的成长资产如屋产等等。

太阳能的投资

有朋友介绍我投资太阳能发电计划。
每年有五%的回馈为期二十一年。
如果投资4KWP,需要四万元,每月有大约五百零吉的回馈。
但是没有资本增加,二十一年後资本是完全亏损或消耗了。
这有不错的现金流但是也有它的风险。它需要保养。
…它没有股票那种方便。
